At Textile Hub, we strive to deliver premium-quality clothing with a smooth shopping experience. All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong product or the item is damaged, Textile Hub will bear all courier charges for the return and replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange an item because you do not like it or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges.
3. Refund Method & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa. Delivery charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable.
4. No Restocking Fees
Textile Hub does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
